Concept

iLEAD promotes market oriented employability and entrepreneurship training targeted at youth from economically weakest category

The training modules for iLEAD are tailor made to suit the needs and demands as per the
employment opportunities available in the local market

The program focuses equally on technical skills and personality development of candidates. Besides quality technical skills (theory, practice and on-job), training modules includes inputs on life skills
to inculcate good mannerisms, spoken English and
communication skills.

The program includes a regular interface with local business,
industries and other potential employers for course development, training methodology, placements and building backward and forward linkages

The program is for a duration of 1000 hours including induction, theory, practical sessions, on the job training and with almost 200 hours devoted to life skills. All candidates are provided with both pre and post placement support as well as hand-holding and initiation inputs/linkages under the program
